Recognition reflects professional standing assessed against published standards and does not confer authority, mandate, or endorsement.

The Guild reserves the right to:

decline, suspend, or withdraw recognition
-
review recognition periodically
-
amend credential status where standards are no longer met
Decisions are made in accordance with published standards and applicable policies.
Fees
Fees charged by the Guild relate to assessment, administration, record-keeping, and the maintenance of recognised standing.

do not guarantee recognition
-
are not refundable except where required by law
-
may change from time to time
Current fees, where applicable, are communicated at the time of application.
Verification
The Guild may provide independent verification of recognised standing to appropriate parties.
Verification confirms credential status at a point in time only.
Verification does not constitute endorsement, certification, or professional assurance.
The Guild does not maintain a public directory of recognised individuals.

These services may include:

All fees are payable to Future Leaders Academy Pty Ltd in its capacity as service provider.

actions taken by recognised individuals

reliance placed on recognition by third parties
-
outcomes arising from professional or operational decisions
